This policy explains how Astrokvantit Oy processes personal data on the public axtura.eu website in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Scope of this policy
This policy covers the public axtura.eu website, including contact and demonstration-request forms. It does not govern personal data processed in an Axtura installation operated by a customer; the relevant customer is responsible for providing information about that processing.
We do not intentionally collect special-category personal data through this website. Please do not include such information in an enquiry unless it is necessary.
3. Data, purposes and legal bases
- Enquiries and demo requests: name, email address, phone number, company, job title and message. We use these data to respond, arrange a demonstration and take steps requested before a contract. Legal basis: consent, Article 6(1)(a), and where applicable pre-contractual steps, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Website security and operation: technical logs such as IP address, browser and device information. We process these data to protect and operate the website. Legal basis: our legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Analytics cookies: if you opt in, we use Google Analytics to understand aggregate website use. Legal basis: consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
4. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the stated purpose. Enquiry records are retained for the time needed to respond and manage the related relationship, then deleted or anonymised unless a longer period is required by law or necessary for legal claims.
