This policy covers the public axtura.eu website, including contact and demonstration-request forms. It does not govern personal data processed in an Axtura installation operated by a customer; the relevant customer is responsible for providing information about that processing.
We do not intentionally collect special-category personal data through this website. Please do not include such information in an enquiry unless it is necessary.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the stated purpose. Enquiry records are retained for the time needed to respond and manage the related relationship, then deleted or anonymised unless a longer period is required by law or necessary for legal claims.
Security logs and analytics data are retained according to the technical settings of the relevant service and only for as long as necessary for security, troubleshooting and aggregate analysis.
We use strictly necessary local storage or similar technologies to remember a privacy choice and operate the site. These do not require consent. Non-essential analytics cookies are optional and are not activated until you make a clear affirmative choice in the cookie notice.
You can withdraw or change analytics-cookie consent at any time by clearing the website data in your browser and revisiting the site. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
We may use service providers that host, maintain or secure the website, or provide analytics. They may process personal data only on our instructions and under appropriate data-processing terms.
If personal data are transferred outside the European Economic Area, we will use a transfer mechanism required by Chapter V GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, together with supplementary safeguards where required.
Depending on the circumstances, you have the right to access your data, request rectification or erasure, restrict processing, receive data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing where Article 22 GDPR applies.
We do not use the website data for solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
To exercise a right, email info@axtura.eu. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity. We will respond within the timeframe required by GDPR.
You may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman in Finland, or with the supervisory authority in your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement.
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
We may update this policy when our processing activities or legal obligations change. The current version is published on this page.
Effective date: 29 August 2026.
